European companies should not have to pick between the models their teams actually want and the rules their regulator actually enforces. Every provider in the Viti catalogue is contracted for EU processing — GPT via Azure OpenAI's EU Data Zone, Claude via Bedrock EU, Mistral in France. First-party endpoints that process outside the EU are barred from the catalogue.
The privacy gateway adds a layer on top. Identifiers with a verifiable structure — national ID numbers, IBANs, card and phone numbers, email addresses — are matched by checksum and pattern, masked into reversible placeholders inside our infrastructure, and restored on the way back. Names are deliberately not masked: guessing at names in Danish and Faroese hid ordinary words and made answers worse. When data must stay entirely under our control, use sovereign mode.

Moving up a tier
Everyone starts at Tier 1 each month. If someone uses more than their tier includes, they move up a step — for that month only. You decide whether that happens automatically, needs your approval, or not at all.

Everyone returns to Tier 1 on the first of the month.
Prices in DKK per user per month, excluding MVG. Faroese customers pay 25% MVG; VAT-registered businesses elsewhere in the EU are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge procedure. A user who sends almost nothing — under 2% of what Tier 1 includes — is not billed at all. There is no metered overage: usage beyond a tier moves that user up to the next step you have approved, or stops. Use through API keys is the one exception: it is billed per use at the model prices in force, and an administrator can set a monthly spending limit on each key.
